Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite

Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite - Slim & Light No.1 Midrange Choice!

From: £329.99 | 339.99 | $299.99

The ultra-sleek 6.8mm thin, ultra-light 157g Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite is the most overlooked smartphone in 2021.

While not a true flagship-killer as it's rocking a mid-range Snapdragon 732G CPU, it's giving 90% of people the perfect mobile experience in a super-slim and lightweight package.

Where it counts, the Mi 11 Lite delivers. With a 6.55" high-res bright AMOLED display with true-to-life HDR colour, 90Hz refresh, 64MP Main + 8MP ultra-wide + 16MP Selfie cameras, 128GB's of storage, dual-stereo speakers and 33w fast charging battery.

It's not the best at gaming, it doesn't compare to Mi 11 Pro's 120w fast-charging and it can't beat the Mi 11 Ultra's photos... But, it's by far the sleekest and lightest phone that delivers the best all-round Android experience you can get your hands on!

If you think you need more power for gaming, then Xiaomi has released the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G (Amazon) which upgrades to a Snapdragon 780G (50%+ performance increase), a 20MP Selfie Camera and can use 5G connections.

So what are you waiting for? Save yourself a few hundred with the Mi 11 Lite.

Display: 6.67" (90Hz) AMOLED (2340×1080) | PPI: 386 | CPU: Snapdragon 865 | RAM: 8GB | Storage: 256GB (expandable 512GB) | OS: Android 10 | Rear Camera: 108MP + 13MP (Super-wide) + 2MP + 2MP  | Selfie Camera: 20MP | Full UK Network Support: Yes | WiFi: Dual-band AX | NFC: Yes | Battery: 4750mAh (30w Fast Charge + 30w Wireless) | Weight: 208 grams

Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro

Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro - No Compromises Camera Beast

Okay, I'll keep this short & sweet. The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro is the exact same size & weight as the Mi 10 above but drops the battery life by 5%.

So what's the difference between the Mi 10 & Mi 10 Pro?

On the Mi 10 Pro, you're getting one of the best camera setups of 2020. You keep the same fantastic 108MP main lens, but you also get an improved a 10x super-zoom lens, a dedicated 12MP portrait lens and now a 20MP wide-angle lens.

That's 4 ultra-high performance lenses that'll cover you in any photography situation. Video is also upgraded with options for 960fps 1080P Super-slow-mo & 4K @ 60fps plus now 8K @ 30fps.

Finally, the Pro version comes with a 65w Fast Charger in the box and supports almost double the charging speed at 50watts.

If you're looking for a do-it-all phone with high-end photography options, then the Mi 10 Pro has you covered. You'll still save a few hundred compared to the S20, but you'll miss out on the waterproofing.

Display: 6.67" (90Hz) AMOLED (2340×1080) | PPI: 386 | CPU: Snapdragon 865 | RAM: 8GB | Storage: 256GB (expandable 512GB) | OS: Android 10 | Rear Camera: 108MP + 8MP (10x Zoom) + 12MP (Portrait) + 20MP (Super-wide) | Selfie Camera: 20MP | Full UK Network Support: Yes | WiFi: Dual-band AX | NFC: Yes | Battery: 4500mAh (50w Fast Charge + 30w Wireless) | Weight: 208 grams

Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite

Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite - 5G Value Option!

From: £299 | 289 | $339

2020 is the year of the mid-range smartphone with Apple, Samsung, OnePlus & LG all touting sub-£400 phones. Now you can add Xiaomi to this list thanks to the new Mi 10 Lite that comes in at under £300 while still offering 5G, an AMOLED Display & almost flagship performance.

To get that price-tag so low, Xiaomi made a few clever decisions. The first was to drop that expensive flagship Snapdragon 865 in favour of the 765G. And in day-to-day usage, you won't notice a difference. You'll have to load up the latest AAA android titles on high-settings before this 7-series chip reaches its limit.

And that brings me to the second decision Xiaomi made, dropping the high refresh-rate. Now this is a feature where you will notice a difference. Why? because if you've used a 120Hz or 90Hz smartphone before you'll know that it massively improves your video, browsing and gaming experience by making your content super smooth & responsive.

But let's not forget that the Mi 10 lite is over £300 cheaper than the Mi 10. And you're still keeping the awesome AMOLED display, a 48MP main + wide-angle camera setup, 5G super speed internet and a decently sized battery that supports fast charge. Best of all, it's all packed into a slim & light package that won't weigh your pockets down like the Poco X3.

If the Mi 10 Lite had a 120Hz panel, this would be an easy decision, but with the Poco X3 (above) costing £100 less... it certainly gives us food for thought.

You're right! While it can't compete on 5G, design or build quality, that wide-angle snapper and hugely lower price-tag is something to consider carefully.

And when we factor in that the Mi 9 has an in-display fingerprint reader, the Mi Mix 3 (above) is starting to show its age.

If the top-end Xiaomi Mi 9 is out of your budget, then don't worry. You can save a few pennies by opting for less storage or even by switching to the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE version (Amazon).

The Mi 9 SE has a smaller 5.97" display and drops the flagship CPU in favour of a Snapdragon 712.
